THEME 2022

Sustainability and Complexity: necessary synergy for Innovative Human Development

The III Brazilian Virtual Congress on Sustainable Human Resources and the II International Virtual Congress on Sustainable Human Resources aim at promoting a culture guided by synergy - human resources, sustainability and innovation - as an entrepreneurial condition for sustainable human development, capable of favoring the continuous improvement of organizations, markets and societies.

Innovative sustainable human resources are understood as the organic and dynamizing system of human resources integrated to sustainability in its political, social, economic, environmental and cultural dimensions, becoming possible conditions to provide more responsible and committed actions to the socio-environmental.

The Congresses aim at the tireless search based on the necessary and continuous evolution of an innovative sustainable management with human resources, always with the intention of promoting a thinking to act in a more responsive way to the intense global uncertainties, thus effectively materializing the "thinking globally to act locally" in order to favor the best forecasting and consequent provisioning of a fairer, more dignified and better global environment for all.
