The II Brazilian Virtual Congress on Sustainable Human Resources (BVCSHR), together with the I International Virtual Congress on Sustainable Human Resources (IVCSHR) aim to promote a culture guided by synergy - human resources, sustainability, and innovation - as an entrepreneurial condition for sustainable human development, the potential for continuous improvement in organizations, markets, and societies.
Sustainable human resources increasingly need to be understood as an organic and dynamizing system of human resources, always integrated with sustainability in its dimensions - political, social, economic, environmental, and cultural; thus, becoming possible conditions to promote more responsible and committed actions with the socio-environmental.
The Congresses seek innovations through the continuous evolution of sustainable human resources management, capable of promoting a more proactive and responsive vision in the face of intense global uncertainties, where "thinking globally to act locally" becomes a guiding imperative for the best forecasting and consequent provisioning of a more dignified, fair, and better global environment for all.
