Registration will be free for all - Lecturers, Professors, Professionals and Students, condition that will not depend on the submission or not of scientific papers. Each author may submit 1 (one) paper as author and 1 (one) paper as co-author. All those who effectively participate will also receive a certificate, free of charge, and will have their work published in the Congress Annals; as well as, the best ones will receive an invitation to be published in the Global Sustainable Action Magazine.
