Registration will be free for everyone - Lecturers, Professors, Professionals and Students - in this moment of global exceptionality, because of COVID-19, condition that will be independent of the submission or non-submission of scientific papers. Each author may submit 1 (one) Article as author and 1 (one) Article as co-author. All who participate, effectively, will also receive Certificate for free.
